Baroniet Rosendal / The Weis-Rosenkroneske Foundation
The Weis-Rosenkroneske Foundation was established in 1927, when the last owner of the Barony Rosendal didn’t have any close heirs. The Manor from the 17th century with its associated properties was given as gift to the University of Oslo.

The Rosendal archives
The Barony Rosendal and the State Archives in Bergen have been cooperating in digitalizing parts of the Rosendal archives and material from other archives concerning properties or people associated with the Barony Rosendal. More than 60 protocols, lists, letters, poems, drawings and so on have been photographed and put into the digital Rosendal archives.
