We are cooperating with Rosendal Fjordhotell and Rosendal Turisthotell to make it as stress-free as possible to book your Rosendal Chamber Music Festival experience.

We have created both festival passes without accommodation, as well as festival packages from Thursday to Sunday and Day packages including accommodation, half board, festival tickets and entry to Rosendal Gardens throughout your stay.

Please note that package tickets are per person, and thus to book a double room for two people you have to choose two tickets of the preferred package.

Place of accommodation

Rosendal Fjordhotell is situated at the mouth of the Hardangerfjord and surrounded by majestic mountains and beautiful landscapes. The hotel is in close distance to the Barony and The Great Hall (1,3 km).

Rosendal turisthotell is centrally situated by the quay in Rosendal, with a magnificent view towards the fjord and the mountains. The hotel is in close distance to the Barony and The Great Hall (1,0 km).

Some banks have added extra security on Internet shopping. It is then required to log on to the Internet bank to approve the purchase. Please contact us if you are unable to complete your purchase, and we will help you at the store terminal instead and have your tickets ready for you on arrival.

The last element of the purchasing process is charging your credit card. If you have not received any tickets, you can rest assured that you have not been charged either. Please try again or contact us.

If you, for example, have purchased tickets for the wrong date and would like to change it, or wish to upgrade the ticket to include dinner and accommodation, we can arrange this. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you.

We have created different types of packages that include dinner and accommodation:

• Concert
• Concert and 2-course dinner in the Garden Café & Greenhouses in Kitchen- & Herb Garden (before or after the event). Nice, local food.
• Concert and 3-course dinner in the castle Have room at the Palace from 1665 ca. 15 minutes after the concert.
• Concert, 3-course dinner in the castle Have room at the Palace from 1665 ca. 15 minutes after the concert and accommodation with breakfast, slip on Rosendal Avlsgård & Fruehus (the most used room has a sink, whereas shared shower and toilet are in the hallway).

If one of the tickets are sold out, there may still be other kinds of tickets available for the same event. Please see the event list.

We consider tickets purchased at the same email address as a group that would like to sit together for Dinner. If your tickets include accommodation, please send us an email to [email protected] to specify the number of single and double rooms. The same applies if you have ordered tickets including dinner with different email addresses. Thank you for telling us in advance, this will help us to provide good service for you during your stay.

Rosendal Chamber Music Festival packages

We have ready-made packages with everything you need: concerts, lectures, accommodation with breakfast and dinner. Just select single room package (for 1 person) or double room package (for 2 persons) to get:

• all concerts
• free entrance to Rosendal Gardens throughout your stay.
• accommodation of your choice (please select the package according to your choice)
• breakfast
• 2- or 3-course dinner (or a comprehensive buffet including desserts).

Choose between day tickets or large festival tickets valid for the whole festival.

• Double-check that you selected the intended type of tickets
• Pay safely with VISA or MasterCard
• You will receive an email from TicketCo with a QR-code. Show this on a smartphone (or printed) upon arrival

If the event is sold out you may sign up for a waiting list by sending us an email. Purchased tickets are not refundable.
