Some banks have added extra security on Internet shopping. It is then required to log on to the Internet bank to approve the purchase. Please contact us if you are unable to complete your purchase, and we will help you at the store terminal instead and have your tickets ready for you on arrival.
The last element of the purchasing process is charging your credit card. If you have not received any tickets, you can rest assured that you have not been charged either. Please try again or contact us.
If you, for example, have purchased tickets for the wrong date and would like to change it, or wish to upgrade the ticket to include dinner and accommodation, we can arrange this. Please contact us at ticketco@baroniet.no and we will assist you.
